Introducing AgentSquads
We're building the orchestration layer for autonomous AI companies. Here's why and how.
Most AI tools today are reactive. You prompt, they respond, you repeat. We think that model is fundamentally limited for building real businesses.
AgentSquads is an orchestration platform for autonomous AI workforces. You define goals, hire agents from any provider (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Hermes, or your own), and let them execute continuously toward business outcomes.
Why we built this
We found ourselves running 20+ agent terminals simultaneously, losing track of what each one was doing, and spending more time managing agents than doing actual work. We needed a control plane.
AgentSquads gives you that control plane: a dashboard for your AI workforce with org charts, budgets, governance, goal alignment, and agent coordination. It looks like a task manager, but under the hood it's running your business.
How it works
Built on an open-source control plane (MIT licensed) with Hermes for agent execution. The architecture cleanly separates tenant management, context composition, and agent runtime so each layer can evolve independently.
We're just getting started. If you're interested in building with us, check out the GitHub repo or book a demo.
